
30 May ,kathmandu-Nepal congratulated Dr. Zlatko Jakjovski, a citizen of Macedonia who successfully climbed the highest peak in the world Mount Everest. Dr. Zlatko successfully climbed Mount Everest on May 19. On the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the human stepping on Mount Everest, the Government of Nepal congratulated him with an honorary certificate in the context of the Platinum Jubilee.

In one of the programs, Shanti Shrestha, Honorable Shanti Shrestha, honored him with a certificate and a statue in the capital of Nepal, Kathmandu. Hon.Sushila Sirpali Thakuri, Minister of State for Culture, Tourism and Civil Aviation of the Government of Nepal invited Mount Everest climber Dr. Zlatko Jakjovski to his office and extended high regards.

On the same occasion, State Minister Sirpali Thakuri expressed his view that since the 25th year of diplomatic relations between Nepal and Macedonia has been completed for 25 years, the relations between Nepal and Macedonia will be more prosperous in the future through tourism in harmony, friendship and mutual understanding.
Since the role of Dr. Zlatko Jakjovski in the promotion of Nepal is significant, Minister Sirpali requested that he also take responsibility as an Tourism Promotion Mission in the future. Mount Everest climber Dr. Zlatko Jakjovski expressed the opinion that since the respect and the meeting are positive, he will always respect the natural and cultural diversity of Nepal and will also play a positive role in the promotion of Mount Everest and tourism in Nepal.
